Management Controls Inc. is a dynamic and forward-looking company that develops and supports market-leading contract cost management software for its worldwide customers. We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Position	Description
Implementation Consultants	10+ years of experience installing and implementing ERP systems. Process Industry experience a big plus. Business or technical undergraduate degree. Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

Sales	7+ years of software sales experience with a working knowledge of both consultative and solution sales methodologies. Comfortable selling at the plant and "C" level. Engineering or process industry background a big plus.

Customer Support	3+ years of experience handling customer calls for support. Strong troubleshooting skills and an easy-going demeanor.
